I ordered these to try as I try alternative therapies and have tried acupuncture before and found it helpful and was interested to try these. Also my daughter wanted to try these as they are totally non invasive, unlike with traditional acupuncture which she is scared of the needles.At £6.59 you can’t really go wrong but be warned there are zero instructions so you have to go to google. I found lots of information on google which was very informative and useful. My daughter has been suffering from back and neck ache from studying and also some jaw ache from her wisdom teeth coming through so that is what we tried to place the seeds for.She said she felt strange and dizzy after I placed them, which according to the articles I read likely meant I had hit the acupressure points as it it does say that a first time user may feel dizzy and nauseous. She seemed to feel better shortly after, and said that she thought that her backache was a bit better.They stick really well and already have the flesh covered sticky covers and you can leave them on for up to 3 days, although my daughter won’t leave them on for college!

At the time of this review these ear seeds are £4.99 for 600. I was excited to try these. But after unpacking there are no directions or instructions or anything. It’s frustrating that if you’re not sure on what to do then how are you meant to use them. I think if they had instructions and I could use them properly I may have enjoyed them more.

I saw these in YouTube videos of these being used. I wanted to give it a try, but as I'm a beginner at acupuncture, especially on the ear, I'm not sure where to stick them to. It says you get 600, so you have plenty to use but it doesn't come with a diagram of where to place them.

I was looking forward to trying these but they come with zero instructions and after reading so many different things online I just didn't know where to start, it was frustrating.I find wiping my ears with toner removes any oils and helps with adhesion. But I still had to replace them every other day as they started to come off.They didn't work for me unfortunately

I’ve had ear seeds for acupuncture in the past so it was interesting to try these for myself. The little stickers are easy to peel off and they adhere really well, staying on through a shower and also all night. There are 600 in the pack so they should last for years so a great purchase.

These acupuncture ear seeds are easy to use and discreate, you can hardly see them once they are in place, especially if you have long hair. I don't think that they are as noticeable on me as they are on the models in the product page photograph.They stick well and stay in place; it was 5 days before I had to change it and even then, it was because the seed had popped out. They are so comfortable that you forget that they are even there.I have heard that the Tragus acupressure point is supposed to aid weight loss, and I think at the current price of £6.99 for 600 of these seeds it is certainly worth a try. You can wear the same one for 2-3 days in the summer and 3-5 days in the winter, so, even if I use one on each ear, they'll last for over a year. I'm sceptical about this working, but I think it's good enough value for money to give it a try.Unfortunately, they don't come with any English instructions, so I've no idea where else I could use them and for what!

Yeah personally I'd say don't waste your money.Can't read anything on pack and the adhesion is terrible.Was looking forward to trying but disappointed.Thank you
