Review: Why didn't I use these sooner? - I wish I took a picture of the clothes when it was packed in these cubes, however I was able to fit a crazy amount of stuff in these. I know there's the debate of how much can fit in a suitcase without the cubes Vs. how much can fit in cubes. I'm telling you, it's pretty much the same amount either way you choose. However, these cubes make it so that all you need to do is fill them up, then drop them right into your suitcase without really thinking of where or how to fit them in there. They are sized perfectly to fit into your standard size carry-on or your standard size check-in suitcase. It was like a puzzle. Our luggage traveled across the entire US with one layover, and the cubes kept their positions in the suitcases! We all know what suitcases look like at the end of a trip when you pack clothes directly into the suitcase without using packing cubes. These cubes are awesome! Everything stayed organized exactly the way I packed them. The hotel we stayed in had very little drawer space. Thank goodness for these cubes! We left most of our things in the cubes, and just put the cubes on shelf space. If we didn't have these cubes, we'd be living out of our suitcases because there was nowhere to put our loose items due to lack of storage in the hotel room. And even though our stuff was still in the cubes, access to our stuff was easier than digging around in a suitcase. This helped free up space in our hotel room because we were able to get the suitcases out of the way by storing them in the closet. The value of this set is unbeatable. You're getting 2 sets of each size, which was great! My daughter and I shared one color, and I bought a second color for my boys to share. So figuring out whose cube was whose on the shelf was not a problem at all. I truly love these cubes! The amount you get, and the quality for the price is more than worth it. And the organization, and neatness makes traveling so much easier and stress free. I can't express enough how much these cubes have made travel life easier for me and my family. I just wish I gave into packing cubes sooner. One thing that I will complain about is the amount of color and pattern choices there are now compared to when I bought my cubes! No, I'm kidding, that's not a complaint at all. I'm happy with this purchase. I totally recommend it, and if I ever need more cubes, I'll be back to buy this brand again. Hopefully the same deal of 6 pieces will still be available.
Review: Wow! Who knew?!! Not a frill after all! - I read about packing cubes in travel articles over the past few years, but thought they were a frill that wasn't really necessary. In the scheme of life's issues, they are still kind of a frill, BUT, when my husband came home from a trip exasperated with the clothing mess in his suitcase, I recalled what I had read about packing cubes. So, after a lot of research, I ordered 5 brands of packing cubes to compare and then chose a set best suited for our needs. By far, these 6 black mesh Bagail cubes are the winner in my book! Three reasons: 1) They are sized well for the contents they are intended to hold - large one for bottoms, medium one for tops, and small one for the little stuff. Both men's and women's clothing fit well after a little experimenting. 2) They are exactly proportional in their measurements with each other. The medium and small bags fit exactly on top of the large bag when stacked. This makes your suitcase or duffle bag so easy to organize and doesn't waste space like many other brands that are not proportional and do not fit together well like a puzzle. Check out the measurements of each cube to see what I mean by proportional, then compare other brands' measurements. These are the only ones I found that are truly sized right so they stack on top of each other and fit!! 3) They are well-made with quality materials. The top mesh is sturdy and transparent enough to see contents readily. The sides and bottom are a wonderful satin-like fabric that feels nice to the touch and doesn't resist when packing into your suitcase. All the other brands had a plastic-like, cheap feel to the materials. So, what did I do? After my husband and I used them for a weeklong camping trip (we split the set of 6 to try them out), I ordered another set, so we each have 6 to use for our travels in the future. No longer an unnecessary frill!! These Bagail cubes made the organization of our suitcases and clothing effortless throughout our trip. Yes, buy them! You won't be disappointed!
