We love it
We haven't had this thing a full month yet, but so far I have raved about it to family and friends. We went with the 16ft, and even though I had seen multiple bad reviews, I decided to try it for myself. Let me tell you, this thing is HUGE! We fit four adults and three toddlers on it (We weren't all jumping on it and everyone is small so I doubt we hit the weight limit). It is super easy to put together, and that was one thing I saw everyone complaining about. Between me and my husband, it maybe took us an hour - an hour and a half at the most. The net feels thick and sturdy and the zipper seems like it should hold up well. We went ahead and bought anchors and anchored this thing down from day one. I feel like with the size and the net, it would get swept away very easily, especially during the Oklahoma storm seasons! I would recommend a ladder or a slide right off the bat, and one of those pocket things for shoes and phones :)Pros:Trampoline was easy to install, had all tools available and the directions were easy to follow for the most part, few hiccups but we managed. It is so big that everyone can fit on it and enjoy it!Mat is very thick, and frame is pretty heavy so I am hopeful that the trampoline should hold up well! The spring covers seem to be very thick almost like a leather, so I am hopeful that it will hold up and not be weathered easily.Cons:Trampoline was hard to flip over with how big and heavy it is. We managed with two people but it is kind of difficult. The directions had a few hiccups and were unclear a couple of times, but we managed. The tops of the poles that hold the net up seem like they should be more heavy duty though. They are very cheap plastic and they don't pop into the poles, they fit very loosely in the holes which doesn't seem hopeful. They haven't popped out or given us any problem so far but I do have a feeling that they will. The net clips on with these super cheap clips, and so far we have had to continuously clip the things back in multiple times in certain spots. The clips that have given us the worst problems were already bent up when we first opened the net, so that could be why.So all in all, trampoline is worth the money, but I would recommend an after market net so that you wont have to replace the net multiple times. I feel like the net would hold up a lot longer if the company put better clips on the bottom of it, better clips for the top straps, and maybe if the plastic caps were a little more fitted to the tops of the poles.

Great trampoline for $350
We bought this trampoline exactly 5 years ago, on Amazon. It was $350 then, and now lists for $470.Overall, it's been a great trampoline for $350. For $470, I'd expect a bit more. Our 4 little kids have used it regularly, except in the winter.A main reason I got this model was it had a relatively high weight limit, which allowed me (dad) to play on it with them. The only significant problem was the plastic caps quickly broke, on the ends of the poles for the net. I replaced them with plastic caps that are made to put on the tops of posts for electric fences. Many of the tie-downs for the net broke, or tore off the net. I've replaced them with paracord. They could be better designed, but it's mostly normal wear-and-tear.The mat over the springs will need to be replaced this year, but just due to normal wear-and-tear.The net will need to be replaced this year, or next.

Had it for 3 years now. Still works well.
Works great. Never took it down in winter. Kids love it. Had five 8-11 yr olds horsing around in it with extra room to spare. We've had it for about 3 years now. My only complaint is that the safety netting started to tear in spots. I've tried to rig it several times. I wish the parts were you can attach it to a pole were more reinforced. But I can't be too disappointed. It's held up for 3 years with no problem. :) I may just buy the net replacement.

Toddler fun
I bought this for my grandchildren age 2 and 4 and have had it about 6 months. My grandchildren absolutely love it. It would be great to have a little step stool but I will add that. I put it together myself in about 2 hrs. You will need to lay out all the parts, and will need a step ladder to put in the rubber stops that hold the netting on the very top. You do need to be pretty strong to put in the trampoline mat but the tool they provide works great. Very nice quality. I would purchase again. The wind will pick this up and blow it around the yard on stormy days so I purchased the spiral rod tie outs that you use for dogs, and straps at local Walmart (2.98) and were less expensive than Trampoline ties that are 80.00 and they work great.

Missing Parts, and Limited Support...UPDATE:
It seems like it might be a nice trampoline; although, it was missing a spring, and a lower mounting pole. Customer service has limited hours, and are not available on Friday after 12-noon. It kinda stinks to have an “almost assembled” trampoline sit from Friday at three 3pm, and not get in touch with anyone to rectify the situation until Monday.Despite the missing parts, customer service is excellent, friendly, and professional. They responded and shipped the missing parts immediately. I recommend purchasing their products.

Perfect so far
I saw some reviews saying it was hard to put together. I laid everything out and just went step by step on the instructions and it went right together. Took me about two and a half hours and when something didn’t work right it was because I didn’t read the instructions correctly. It looks great and so far is working great. As far as the longevity of this goes we will just have to wait and see. I’ll update once I’ve had for a year.

Great
Very easy to assemble. Love the size and the net and extra padding and cover over the poles. The whole family loves it. Love that even the big guys can jump on it. Only down fall is the powder coating scratches off pretty easy so you have to be extra careful when putting it together. And some of the scratches and scuffs were done before we got it, the paint was not protected in the packages. Other wise it's great and we definitely recommend to our others.

Good value for the money
Sturdy enough, easy to assemble, painted frame as opposed to zinc plated so will probably rust if we leave it was outside, took about 40mins to assemble, strong enough for adults, my little boy loves it.Some trampolines on Amazon are twice the price, not sure what you'd get in addition compared to this product.
