It’s good for the price but can improve features.
The media could not be loaded. This has more material and body than most other office chairs it’s price. It’s sturdy enough and comfortable enough for my size (I’m small though). However, I do wish that the arm rests could be folded in cases when I put my feet up to sit more relaxed, and the seat is more designed for higher people so I’d be better supported with a pillow at the back. Otherwise, an efficient buy for me. I knew it lacked features with the price but I would pay a bit more if it had adjustable arm rests.

What a great chair ! !
My Amazon Essentials office chair gave up the ghost after five years and it was time for a replacement and upgrade. This one from the "MCQ Store" is better suited to my small stature so I'm able to plant both feet on the floor and rest my spine against the back of the chair without using a pillow. Excellent!!!Assembly took ~20 minutes using the supplied tool and I greatly appreciated the EXTRA screws they included for those of us who lose our marbles.I don't expect the faux leather to last forever but if I can squeeze five years out of this one I'm hoping this same chair is available when it's time to again replace and upgrade.

Great Instructions
I'm enjoying my new chair. The written instructions were very clear, and the instructional video was awesome. I also like that it came with extra screws! So far the chair is very comfortable, and I am enjoying sitting in it.

Not durable product
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this chair 1 year back. Chair was comfortable and working as expected. But suddenly it broke when I was trying to take back rest. Chair is durable product. It shouldn’t broke in 1 year only.

Happy w/purchase
So far am very happy with the chair. Was fairly easy to assemble and seems to be a good, solid chair. Was needing a better, more comfortable chair now that I am working from home and this one seems to have been a good choice.
