The locking mechanism is very tricky to use. Makes getting into the box extremely difficult. I have another, different, type of box that has two more standard keys and that is much more useable. I shall use that in preference to the Roshield box. The poison bait seems to be effective as the number of rats coming into my garden from a neighbour's garden has reduced.

Really good, had a couple of mice in the garden and it got rid of them within a few days.Really good value for money and good if you have pets

Received a faulty box which I struggled to unlock and it was promptly replaced by the supplier. Once set up it did its job . The bait attracted the rats and a few days later they were gone. Overall I would recommend this product but recommend you try the box before loading up the bait blocks.

The bait boxes are a new cheap design that doesn't have a proper Hinge on the lid and now just has a piece of folded plastic which will get weaker every time you open it until it snaps, this along with a cheap and nasty lock compared to the older design is cost cutting gone too far. The advertisement pictures clearly shows the old design I will certainly not be buying any more of them.
