Blimey, the flush feels pretty intense! I've been taking just one tablet for a while, and haven't felt anything. I took two tablets today (100mg total) on a reasonably empty stomach and POW. My skin tingled and went blotchy, I felt very alert and I had a big head rush. Can tell this stuff is legit!

I got the flush effect on first try. It gets less after the first dose but must be genuine if it worked first time. Part of my morning ritual morning stack with saw Palmetto. I recommend this product if you are looking for the Niacin flush effect. It is supposed to slow down hair loss, not sure how effective but worth a try. If you do get the burning sensation don't worry it soon calms down.

Not sure if it works as expected for me. Beware you might experience niacin 'flush' which is a common side effect. Sudden flushing and skin tingling which you will get from any similar product in its defence. I guess that means it works.

Exactly what I wanted, good quality nicotonic acid. Good value for money you get lots in the pack, at the recommended dose would last months. The tablets are a good small size, I guess a bit smaller than a tictac, but not so tiny it's too fiddly. Does have a slight taste but that's normal for vitamin supplements. I took it at the suggestion of a doctor to help with Long Covid- I don't think it will magic away the Long Covid but might help so worth a try, only been taking 2 weeks so not enough time to work yet.

I purchased niacin for elevated LP(a) and I can tell that this niacin is legit, as it gives flushes. The flushing niacin is the only form that works to decrease LP(a) and LDL.
