I've never taken an artichoke or black rdish supplement before and after reading up on the benefits of it on the liver and digestion I decided it was worth trying. I've had digestive issues for years and use many supplements with varying degrees of success.The bottle was well sealed with a good expiry date, but really the instruction translation was just about the laziest I've ever seen. They basically use singular words and sentences in multiple languages on the same lines. It takes a while to pick out the info you can understand, and frankly this is just asking for trouble when it comes to supplements.It appears you take 1 a day with sufficient food and water but in order to find that bit of info on the bottle you have to peel the little triangular label on the side where the flags are (thanks to a previous review for pointing that out othewise I would have missed it!). Again, this is a really horrible way to print instructions - you are supposed to make it easy for the customer not make them jump through hoops for directions.Okay, with that out of the way, the capsules are slightly above normal size but unless you have an issue swallowing you shouldn't have a problem. (If you do just tip them into a spoonful of yogurt and take it that way). I had no issues swallowing them, and no aftertaste or side effects.Did they help my digestion? Yeah, they do appear to be improving things a little so hopefully I will see more improvement the longer I take them.So far I'm impressed with these (apart from the way they have done the instructions!) and if I keep seeing improvements I will be purchasing more in the near future.If you have liver or digestive issues they will be worth trying, but be careful if you are on any medication for things like blood pressure as these could effect it - maybe speak to your Doctor if you are taking medications.At 1 a day they are good value for a 3 month supply.

I was interested in trying these as I have suffered from digestive issues and read artichoke can help.They were easy to take with water but these capsules are on the large size so may not be good for those who like smaller pills.They had no unpleasant smell or after taste and I had no negative after effects.They did seem to ease bloating slightly but I need to take them longer to be certain.I loved the fact that they are vegan and contain no nasties.Unfortunately there were no instructions in english but I found info on here to advise me.An easy way to source artichoke here in the UK so I would recommend giving them a try for£15.95.

So my partner and I decided to try the capsules together. They basically flushed everything out of us, with the effects starting the morning after the first dose. While they were gentle on my partner's gut, they were less forgiving with me, but that could be because I've had symptoms of IBS for quite some time. The capsules have reduced bloating in both of us (results were visible within a week). I literally saw definition on my stomach that I hadn't seen for years after a week had passed and I hadn't changed my diet or anything else, so it has to be because of these capsules. It's been a few weeks now and my gut has settled, so I can safely say that I do feel a difference in my gut health, IBS symptoms that existed prior to taking these have significantly reduced.
