CHI Infra Shampoo 32oz

My five star rating is based on the product - NOT the packaging. I'll explain that later.The product is amazing. I have baby fine hair, and the products I end up having to use for volume tend to dry it out. This product does NOT do that. It stays silky while having loads of volume. Not to mention the scent - I love, love, love the scent. I also use this in conjunction with the Chi Silk Infusion. I love it.The packaging though... something to be desired. The bottle is huge so it makes sense to have pumps on them, of course - but pumps that actually FIT would be outstanding. I've posted two pictures. The clear pumps come taped to the bottles. The black pumps are from my empty Hempz shampoo/conditioner bottles. You can see that the neck from the Chi bottles are much longer. They do not fit the bottle, but luckily my Hempz pumps do, so I got lucky. I can see how folks on here are very frustrated with that.I never review products on things other than PRODUCT, so that's why I give Chi S/C 5 stars.

Absolutely love this product. I don’t know what or why it took me so long to try this. But I’ll never use anything else, when it comes specifically to the shampoo/conditioner and the thermal protective treatment. I have dry coarse color treated hair. And have tried so many other products. This by far is hands down the best. In my opinion moisturizing, value for money and scent get 5 stars from me. It came in on time. Nothing was missing or broken. Thank you CHI.

For years I have been looking for affordable hair products, my hair is neither straight nor curly gets dried easily and looks awful using this it has helped to moisturize and keep my hair soft, nice looking .Best product ever for my so difficult to keep hair. I love it and highly recommended.

I bought this product specifically for the pumps and they don’t fit. Very pointless… Just find a vendor who’s selling the shampoo and conditioner without the pumps and save a few dollars.

I have very fine, straight hair. This shampoo and conditioner duo works great to give volume without being oily. The only downside is the pumps are awful. They are very cheap and take too many times to try to pump some product out.

My hair is a lot softer the scent stays with you for about 3 days it's pretty strong the first day of washing....also my hair does not get greasy feeling until day 4 after washing.... With other shampoos my hair would be greasy feeling next day...

This shampoo and conditioner duo is great! It keeps our dog's fur soft and smelling wonderful. It's a little expensive, but well worth it. The bottles are large and lasts a long time. It is very high quality.
