Great got for going out of town it holds alot

I have had this backpack for school for 4 years, and it didn’t disappoint! It has great compartments and pockets making everything very organized and accessible, while having beautiful designs. But, after awhile I did notice a bit of tearing on the left strap, but it may be due to the heavy things I had to carry. Also, the backpack zippers came undone if you ran too fast or do something similar. Overall, this backpack was great for my usage, and will be using it this year too.

I never write reviews but felt this one was worthy of my time. I have been a Vera Bradley backpack user because of the lightweight but durable fabric and all of the many pockets and compartments they have. After 5+ years of daily use, finally had to get a new one but the VB prices are ridiculous, even if they do last a long time. So I started searching for an alternative. After pages and pages of options, I found this one that seemed to offer everything the VB one did. While being one of the higher priced options, it was still less than half the cost of VB, so I ordered both for comparison. Let me tell you, this bag delivered! Actually has more pockets than the VB and the material is even lighter than the signature quilted cotton of VB and waterproof! I will have to see over time if it holds up as well. Time will tell. But for half the price, this is a winner! My only wish is that the 2 front compartments had a dual-open zipper like the large compartment and laptop pocket. I like the flexibility of opening it from either direction, but that is a small negative on an otherwise great bag! 100% recommend this backpack! So long VB!!

Really great backpack for every day use. I went on a day trip and took my real hiking backpack, and took this too just in case. By the time I got where I was going- I realized my heavy duty one was way to heavy even before I put stuff in it, so I transferred everything to this and saved my back some hassle. Highly recommend- especially for women who want backpacks but suffer with back, neck problems or headache due to over-heavy purses, backpacks etc. Not to mention, the paisley one we got was really cute and goes with lots of colors! Win win!!

I got this for my first year of teaching, knowing I would be lugging some things back and forth. It is a good size and seems to be well made and so far it has worn very well, being used every day. The zippers for the two main sections do open easily, which is good in some ways and bad in others. I wish the to smaller sections had two zippers instead of just one, the same way the main sections do. There is a zippered slash pocket on the front which is handy for my phone, and it does have one water bottle pocket in the side. There is a pocket on the other side as well, though it is kind of an awkward shape with the zipper ending in a weird spot. I wish there were a bit more structure to it, but that would likely make it a fair bit heavier, and one of the nice things about it is how lightweight it is. Overall, a good value, good looking, and I am sure I will continue to use it.

I love this backpack, I use it everyday to carry all my books back and forth to work. There is so much room in it. I get complimented on how pretty it is and hear " that's a nice bag, where'd you get it" frequently.

It is not only a good size without being too huge but is very handy. All of the divided sections, pockets, etc. make it nice for storing away all of my various personal items for travel. I keep all of my extra phone charger cables and adapters in it along with travel toiletries, hair accessories, blow dryer, a book, and any other personal items I want with me on a plane or away from home. On my trip last month I was even able to fit my small purse and a change of clothes in case the airline lost my suitcase. The filled backpack was heavy with all of my stuff in it but it still fit under the airplane seat. I am very happy with this as a replacement for my decades old travel backpack that wore out recently.

Bought this backpack for our 12 day cruise to Canada, Greenland and Iceland! It was PERFECT! Light but sturdy and held a lot! So cute too! A pocket for absolutely EVERYTHING!!!! On the rainy days kept everything dry and the price was right! I would highly recommend!
