Weigh the product when you get it.
I loved the taste of plant based Ghee But I feel cheated there was a huge hole in middle of jar. I will order again because it is healthy and tastes amazing. I am gluten, free and dairy-free. This is a good choice.

Buttered noodles turned out well
A little lumpy. I am a butter lover and had to start a 2 week low iodine diet. I made some noodles this afternoon and put this on. I found the flavor very pleasing. This for me, is a butter replacement I can live with

As close to butter as you can get. I have Alpha Gal Syndrome (allergic to a sugar in all mammal products) and love butter. This id the best substitute I have found. It cooks and tastes like butter.

Finally a tasty, healthy alternative for my vegan dietary needs! It's difficult enough to find products that are truly vegan, reading and researching every ingredient, then the price these are sold for, WOW! Only to discover the plant based option has animal based vitamin A, or whatever else! Occasionally I just want to enjoy that pat on my K*** Deli vegan English muffins! Then I found this, affordable, delicious, and vegan, a brilliant trifecta!

Its a alternative to ghee..its its not ghee
I never saw this was a alternative to ghee so its on me. I am using it for cooking instead of a spread. Arrived fast but too pricey for a alternative.
