What is the GI ranking of this ?

Sugarlif has been tested for GI both internationally and nationally. GI Labs, Canada Sugarlif has been tested in the Best GI Lab in the world (GI Labs, Canada, now Inquis clinical research) and the GI reading for the same is 50+/_ 3 making it a Low GI Sugar. And from ITC Lab, Panchkula , India the GI reading is around 45 And the latest report from IDMA Laboratories Limited, Panchkula reads the GI value to be around 40. Since Sugarlif is regularly tested for GI with a little variation in the outcome the average GI value can be put anywhere between 40 to 45. Thank you.

Can it be use for cookies baking

You can but it will not taste good as this is not like sugar free.
