I purchased this for my art students. The product worked very well. I combined this with white-on-black prints of images that I found on the web (see photos), Egosky scratch tools, and white transfer paper. My students transferred the printed image to the scratchboard using the transfer paper and then scratched it out. The results were very impressive because the under layer is a silvery-white which "glows" against the black board.

When I first received this I was frustrated because I thought that I received one with a rainbow color underneath. It turns out they just have rainbow color images on the cover, but it was still white underneath the scratch paint. Everyone had fun and it was great value for the money

Will buy these again. A great choice for developing scratchboard skills before you use expensive materials.
