I purchased these after reading reviews for a dozen different brands (from dance specific to soccer pads) because I needed knee pads that could handle real impact without turning my legs into immovable armor. Many dance knee pads are too thin to be useful, while work knee pads are so bulky they limit natural movement. These pads manage to hit the sweet spot. They conform easily to my knees but don't dig in, thanks to the wide straps, and stay in place without feeling restrictive. I have come down on them hard several times, and they do an excellent job of redistributing impact away from the kneecap. I feel protected without feeling clumsy or over-padded. I use these regularly when trying new stunts, especially when there is a chance of falling, and I have loaned them out to several friends in dance class so they could test them as well. Every time, the feedback has been positive. One thing to note: I would not recommend them for pole since the straps attach in the back and I would expect them to catch or just pull off. For floor work, choreography, or impact-heavy movement, though, they work beautifully. They are also very breathable, which is a big plus during longer sessions. Even layered under a costume they weren't unreasonably hot. If you need reliable knee protection that still gives you full range of movement for plus size bodies, these are absolutely worth trying.

My wife said i have chicken legs so i should use these volleyball girly knee pads, i was pissed then i tried it on and ... well they are so comfortable. I have to get on my knee's to weld some of the metal and these volleyball girly knee pads are awesome and yeah i'm not telling my wife they fit just fine lol.

I needed a pair of knee pads for my Osgood Schlatters bumps so I could do yoga again. Combined with a gel kneeling pad, these fit the bill. I ordered the plus size because my leg measures 24" above the knee. No worries, the plus size fits perfectly fine. The knee pads stay in place (I've only used them on top of clothing) and the velcro makes them easy on/off. They don't exactly conform to my knee but maybe they will after more uses.

I love these knee pads, but the only reason I give them a 3 rating is because of how often I have to replace them. The Velcro doesn’t last as long if you’re using them on a daily basis. I have to replace them every couple months.

Last purchased Jun 4, 2024: the pads are being used for when I clean houses, for cleaning floors. A floor pad is too clumsy so I opted for something I can wear. I can attach them on and off, which I wanted because slipping into one I'd have to take off my gym shoes. These are the perfect protection and I don't feel cumbersome in them. The pads seem like they will hold up and I'm still able to bend my knee without feeling stiff. Glad I found these! I bought a medium and they were true to size, I measured 13" around my knee. Ready to purchase again 8/2025: Only used for a short time as mentioned above for cleaning houses. The spring and summer of 2025 I've used these ONLY for yard work. The velcro unfortunately comes undone. I found that if I wear leggins which I like to do if I'm working in the grass and dirt that they stay on better. Once I wore them on bare skin and they slipped off every time I stood up. Sooo I'm looking to order another pair! I will try to look for a higher review on the velcro. Also the pad was completely smashed down. I'm only 120 lbs so not an extremely great amount of weight was put on this knee pad that I have used for a little over a year, and not every day, and for short periods of time when I did use them. Anyway I'll need to purchase another pair because they do work. For only using them for 1 year and 2 months, it was the velcro unlatching and the pads falling down when I would stand up that gave it a 2 star.

I’m a 35 year old woman with sensitive knees. I work at a dog day care and am constantly kneeling to work with dogs and needed something for a little bit of cushion. i bought these a a few months ago and I wear these knee pads DAILY and am on my knees often working with small dogs or washing out kennels. These provide enough cushion for my sensitive knees. The grips work pretty well on my jeans and I only have to adjust them a few times throughout the day. As you can see - the Velcro gets quite a bit of dog hair stuck in it but it doesn’t seem to affect the strap from sticking and hasn’t peeled off in the middle of doing anything! Additionally, I wash them every other day in the laundry because the dog floor gets gross and they hold up really well in a wash bag in the laundry. I suggest definitely using a wash bag so the Velcro doesn’t catch your other clothing. I have NOT put them in the dryer and have air dryer only. The label peeled off of one of the knee pads but that is not something I care about. I bought a second pair of these for home projects too!

I had a lot of anxiety as a plus size women looking for knee pads to make yoga and floor exercises bearable with my terrible knees and these are great! I still need to work out in them but they fit well, don't seem to slide much and provide the comfort needed to protect my knees and stop the pain

I bought these to wear while snowboarding since I was banging up my knees a bit while learning. I can say they offer a decent amount of cushion and i barely notice they're there. Pros: -the velcro closure was a huge plus. Not only did it mean I was able to adjust the size depending on the clothing I was layering, it meant there wasn't additional material being able to bunch and rub on the back of my knee. - I think the silicone band helped secure it and prevent it from sliding because I didn't need to adjust it at all during a whole day at the hill. Cons: -the surface area coverage for your knee could be better. It doesn't cover enough of my knee where I'd feel comfortable relying on it to fully protect me if I were to slide onto the ground (thinking volleyball) -it's not one of the most padded knee pads ive used. You're still going to feel the ground if you fall, it's just going to lessen the damage taken. Overall, not a bad product. I'd suggest it more for light recreation use (needing to neel a lot, or light protection) but I wouldn't suggest for higher impact activities such as volleyball.

Loved these knee pads. Great quality and if you have big calves like me then the adjustable Velcro is a must. If you are wearing shorts you will need to adjust them so the Velcro doesn’t touch bare skin but that’s something easily fixed. I like that they don’t hamper knee movement.

Sufficient padding , good quality!

These volleyball kneepads offer good protection and cushioning during play. However, they don’t stay in place as well as the pull-up style kneepads. If you’re active on the court, you might find yourself adjusting them more often than you’d like.
