5 stars for a supplement that has done what it says on the label. Having had raised blood sugar come up on a blood test, this single capsule dose managed to eliminate the problem within 6 - 8 weeks. So, very effective! It's a typical capsule with a faint earthy, brown taste that hardly lasts; easy to swallow and no side effects that I could detect. That, for me, makes this an alternative medicine that gives great value for money.

Started taking daily in combination with Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar. Very fast and noticeable effect on sugar craving. I used to get a real craving for something sweet in the afternoon and this rapidly and completely disappeared. Most supplements / nutraceuticals I've tried I haven't noticed much impact, but this combo was night and day. Super helpful in sticking to an overall healthier diet.

Easy to swallow despite being quite big. Not tested my blood sugar recently to see if they're working but I don't have cravings any more so that's a good thing. Now on my 2nd pot and, as a vegetarian for over 40yrs it's important to supement mu diet to ensure, at almost 70,i still get everything my body needs to keep it going. They have no real taste and can be swallowed with cold or hot drinks and don't start to melt.
