Love this tea.
Relaxing and so pretty that I bought clear mugs to drink see the color. Gave a clear mug and a bag of this tea to my friends for Mother's Day - and my mom, of course - they loved it. I drink it plain, it's pretty mild. I bought lavender honey spoons for them also.

pretty good tea, been seeing the effects!
this tea has been helping me focus a lot, I read up online on the effects of ashwagandha, and to note its not for everyone. I've bene taking in small doses, the flavour could be improved a bit but the main thing i was looking for is the effects. Also big priority was plant based. For the price it can't be beat

Brilliant Blue and Delicious
I got this because I'm pretty stretched out at work. You can definitely feel the calming effect and the flavor is wonderful. I have been hook on adding lavender syrup to it hot and cold. My only regret is not buying the larger quantity tin first.

Great relaxing tea
This tea has easily become part my nightly routine. I make it as a milk tea with chia seeds and it’s great. I do use vanilla stevia since I’m not about drinking tea unsweetened but in my opinion it’s delicious and very calming.

Expensive !!!
I found it to expensive and little hyped. May be some people would have really found it to be helping but I couldn't find it helpful. I bought this Blue Pea Tea with Ashwagandha. Could be because of ashwagandha it tasted bitter to me . I could not develop taste .. I then made ice tea (with added sugar)
