I like that the shampoo leaves my hair soft and clean without over drying it. The conditioner is great also, does not weigh it down but helps with frizz. My ONLY complaint is that the pump on the conditioner bottle NEVER works! Not sure if the conditioner is just too thick for the size of the pump? Or if the pump itself is just faulty? But it happens every time I order it I end up having to remove the pump and just try to squeeze the conditioner out, which is not easy or convenient.
