## Description

The use of two materials with different textures eliminates any nuisance on the nape of the neck area besides ensuring flexibility during its use, without creating interruptions on the airflow. The ergonomic design is highly hydrodynamic, reducing vibrations and noises during movements. Thanks to the cooperation with a highly recognized Italian orthodontic lab, Mares has developed the most suitable snorkel for extended use.

Review: Amazing as expected from Mares! - Solid Snorkel That Just Works—Mares Knows What They’re Doing I recently picked up a Mares snorkel for a trip to the Keys, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with it. I’ve used cheaper snorkels in the past that either filled up with water constantly, felt awkward in my mouth, or just didn’t stay in place. This one? Total game changer. Right away, the build quality stood out. The materials feel durable but still lightweight, and the mouthpiece is soft and super comfortable—even after over an hour in the water, I didn’t feel that jaw fatigue you sometimes get. Breathing through it was smooth and effortless, and the dry top valve actually worked—which was huge for me, especially with choppy waves. One of my favorite features is how securely it clips to my mask. It stayed put the entire time, even when diving down a few feet to get a closer look at the reef. No slipping, no awkward adjustments—just set it and forget it. Also, the purge valve at the bottom is clutch. If any water gets in (which was rare), a simple exhale clears it right out without having to pop the snorkel off your mouth or panic-gulp air. It’s the kind of thoughtful detail that makes you realize Mares actually designs for real snorkelers. If you’re looking for a snorkel that’s reliable, comfortable, and won’t let you down while you’re out exploring the ocean, this is it. I’d absolutely buy another one—and I’m already recommending it to friends gearing up for their next trip.
Review: Outstanding - A perfect freediving snorkel.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing as expected from Mares!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding
*by C***N on September 21, 2026*

A perfect freediving snorkel.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Freediving perfection: slices through the water and remains stable for fast ascents
*by K***L on December 16, 2025*

This no-nonsense snorkel is perfect for freediving. When I surface quickly, it remains very stable and hydrodynamic (laminar rather than turbulent flow) and does not tug on the mask strap. My old snorkel was too flexible; it oscillated when I came up fast and started pulling my mask off my face. Problem solved. The snorkel is also well reviewed by professionals. The mouthpiece is comfortable, and the materials are durable. This is specialized equipment for a specialized audience. I wish I had bought it years ago.
