Thin plastic
I’m sure that they will do the job but they’re very flimsy so I’m not sure how hardy they will be in the long term especially as our summers are getting hotter and winter’s colder.

Waste of money. They are not sturdy and do not fix in downspout. A puff of wind will blow them away. They were cheap so should have expected this.
