**Q: are these goves actual 6mm or are they 4mm..??**
A: Be careful!!! I ordered the 6 mil gloves but lately I've found them to feel thin. Well, guess what. The boxes I've been receiving lately are NBFT7003, and according to this site, it's the 4 mil version. It's too late for me to return the boxes because I really needed the gloves. Not happy with this company.

As a woman who is spending most of her time cleaning around the house, these gloves have come in really handy. They pull out of the box easily and are high quality and thicker than normal disposable gloves. There are 100 gloves in a box and I think they are reasonably priced. This week I've had to wash all my dishes by hand because my dishwasher broke again and I'm waiting for the repair man to arrive to work on probably replacing the water pump. So three times a day I put on these gloves and get to work building upper arm strength by hand washing the dishes! In the meantime I've got a list of things to clean around the house. I finally sat down and made a new list of everything I could think of. These gloves are also thick enough to clean bathrooms! I normally get XL and these do fit snuggly on my hands. You may also like me use disposable gloves to mix up meatloaf or handle raw chicken! I am not a doctor, nor is this medical advice but I find using these disposable gloves handy for use in the kitchen when handling meats. Just don't touch anything else afterwards, take the gloves off first! Easy peasy! ~The Rebecca Review P.S. I ordered the XXL size and they fit much better. If you are normally XL get the XXL! I'd say size up one size if you normally take a larger size.
