Easy to install and reliable
This is very easy to install because it comes with a companion app. It aslo connects quickly and holds thw connection steady with no drops.It is wasy better than the Motorola Ma1 which I owned and was dead within a year.

Horrible product and service
The product didn't work with our car, everytime had to spend 15-20 mints on the app to get it connected.Upon requesting return, you have to pay for shipping and book the return yourself.On top of it, the seller has a very unfair policy, has deducted 50% of the amount from refund, since we opened the box and tried to use it, how else on earth will we know if its working or not.Really really horrible service, please never buy anything from this seller.

Bad experience
Item is not compatible with my car. When I requested a return the seller asked me to ship it back to Dubai!!! And when I requested a pick up by them or by amazon no one replied to me yet.
