The phone is original, bought it in 2022 amd still working fine untill today.Once you switch to fold you wont go back to jormal phone.

I bought this as an upgrade to my s10 and honestly my transition has been almost flawless. The phone is slightly narrower than the s10 making it have a very good handful. The thickness was some thing to get used to but the big screen in tablet mode helps alot while going through mail and excel files .Don't regret buying this phone at all. I recommend making the shift to a foldable like the flip 4

esim dosnt work as well received the product with zero battery. can I return it for replacement

Now almost 4 months since I bought this phone. USP is big screen which is very useful. Charge last for aroun 40 hours if not used excessively. Good quality display. Nice camera quality.Cons. Costly, little bulky , should have provided S pen included for this high price.

Samsung 1 year manufacturer warranty is by default from the date of activation. But when I chat with Support they said Care plus is expired in 2022. I purchased today(12 May 2023). They asked me to go to Samsung store nearby and purchase Careplus by paying there.

This is UAE TRA version and seems coming from Harmon house as per the sticker on the phone box. I logged into my new phone with my Samsung account and called Samsung care thereafter. Both warranty and Samsung care plus was activated for 2 years and I can see the same done on my Samsung account. Very pleasant experience though seller did not answer my queries over the chat enquiring about the phones origin. Over all very happy with this purchase

first few days worked properly and now there is battery issue. It doesn't even last for a full day. Needs to be recharged after 7 to 8 hours.
