Signature Design by Ashley Bolanburg Narrow End Table, Charging Station

Love Ashley products, this table was such a great find, it matches our existing Ashley living room furniture. I put it together by myself in about 39 minutes. It is solid wood. Greta height for end table betweenmy chair and sofa. small footprint. love the drawer pull out with cover for drinks without putting it on top of the table. Well made, all parts present and labeled for easy assembly. Would buy it again.

I received the table today, several days early. After making my way through the packing material (It's well packed), I was pleased to find that the only assembly was attaching the legs to the top and the lower shelf. The top was completely assembled which made for relatively quick assembly. BTW, I assembled this by myself and don't understand why they recommend two people. Anyway, the table pieces appear to be solid wood. Each leg fit perfectly into the top and the lower shelf and the holes for the bolts used to attached the legs were perfectly aligned on all pieces, allowing for hand tightening the bolts and then using the Allen wrench provided to tighten them down. The Allen wrench was one of two minor quibbles in the assembly as there are places where you cannot turn the wrench more than a short distance. I ended up getting my multi-bit ratcheting screwdriver and found a bit that fit into the head of the bolt which really sped up the assembly. The other minor quibble is that the drawer has to be removed to be able to attach the bolts to the top assembly. Unfortunately, the one thing the instructions did not show was the release levers that allow removal. It took a bit before my finger brushed across the tiny lever on one side. You have to pull the drawer out as far as it slides, the feel around at the back of the drawer rail on each side to locate the lever. Push both down and then the drawer can be removed. Otherwise, the illustrations in the instructions were enough to show how to attach the legs. Other than those quibbles, I love the table. It has to weight about 30 pounds and is very solid and very attractive. I got the black which has a grey top. If you wanted a different color to better match your decor, it should be easy to paint. I can't say anything about the USB/outlet unit in the back and I don't plan to use it one the side I have the table. However, I like the table so much that I plan to get the matching Ashley Tyler Creek Rustic Chair Side End Table with Pull-Out Tray which I will use on the left side of the recliner and that one I will use the USB + electrical outlets. For the price, you can't beat the quality of this Signature Design by Ashley side table and I highly recommend it!

I need to add a 6th star! We have their Dining Room Table & Chairs... now this End Table to match... It's worth every penny! The table is solid, strong, and fairly heavy. Not a piece that can be bumped over easily. I paid more... there are slightly less expensive tables... but I'm glad I did.

I recently bought some new furniture for my living room and donated my old stuff. The way I rearranged things left me with no place to put my laptop (which I usually have connected to my TV with an HDMI cable). I shopped around for an end table and decided on this one. The table arrived (disassembled) in a large box which was fitted inside another nearly identical box for shipping. Upon opening the two, I was greeted with a shower of Styrofoam pebbles which had crumbled away from the various Styrofoam packing liners. I happened to be under the weather the day that I received the item and didn't have much energy, so this particularly annoyed me as I had to get the vacuum cleaner out. Furthermore, the crumbled bits of Styrofoam clung by static electricity to every single piece of the end table that came out of the box. I would recommend laying down a plastic garbage bag or two under the box when you open it to hopefully alleviate some of this annoyance. After this, however, the table went together easily. The pieces consist of the top unit (which has the drawer pre-installed), the four legs, the bottom shelf, a small "drink tray" insert for the drawer, and 8 allen-drive machine screws with flat washers and lock washers. An allen key, albeit a small one that doesn't have much leverage, is included with the table to install the screws. The screws have blue locking compound on them and thread into metal inserts in the legs, resulting in a very sturdy assembly...there is no need to worry about the screws going in crooked (like self-tapping wood screws) or pulling out of the wood. A pictorial instruction sheet is included and is easy to follow. The back and front legs are different, so be sure to take note of this (the legs have a small numbered sticker on them to indicate which is which; the sticker is hidden once assembled). A couple of the screws are tricky to tighten because there isn't much room to turn the allen key, but it's doable. If you have a screwdriver with allen bits, this might work better. Once assembled, the table is very solid and sits flat. The finish is beautiful and the quality level appears to be good; I didn't notice any nicks or blemishes anywhere. The table is great for what I needed it for. It fits my 17" laptop with space for a beverage next to it. The bottom shelf is a great place to put my external hard drives. The finish of the table has a classy look without appearing too dated. In summary, this table is well-made, easy to assemble, and looks great. It was also convenient to buy from Amazon and have it delivered to my door. Other than the crumbled Styrofoam that went everywhere when I opened the box, I am 100% happy with this end table.

Bought one of these many years ago, so was thrilled that I could another matching piece. For the money it’s an excellent buy, well made and easy to assemble. But the 4 stars are for the random black marks on the piece. Some reviewers say this is part of the distressed look. Perhaps it is but if that’s the case it’s poorly done and would be better off without them. They look like someone took a thin sharpie and randomly drew on the puece. They are not terribly noticeable so I will live them but someone else may see them has a defect which in my opinion they are (an unnecessary). Photo shows them on 2 sides of the legs, but not shown are the similar markings on the table top.

I just received and assembled the table. The quality is very good (and I’m a wood worker). Excellent design, fit, finish, and workmanship! It was a breeze to assemble. Overall I’m very pleased with this table. I will likely purchase second one for our theater room!

A very nice table. For the price, I was surprised with the weight and quality. I needed a narrow table and it blends well with other furniture that cost me a lot more. It was straight forward to put together.

I love this table!! It took a while to receive it, however, it was worth the wait!! The seller was awesome to deal with and made sure I received this piece of furniture. The table is very heavy and highly quality material. It has a place where you can plug in your phone and it fits perfectly between my two recliners. It also has a small drawer in front to put your remote or cords. I bought other matching pieces of this furniture from the same Seller. I highly recommend this product!!

A lovely wood product that did not disappoint. The assembled bedside table is heavy and sturdy. Assembly went quite well, and I had no trouble following the instructions. All of the required parts were supplied. A nice addition to the bedroom. I am pleased I bought it.

This is an attractive, well-made table. Good quality construction and easy to assemble. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to remove protective blocks before assembly, but an Allen key is provided to put the table together. Good value for money and real wood.

I love this table it looks so nice in my living room. The only thing I would have to complain about is that when it said the table was shipped it actually wasn’t shipped but after six days of when I was supposed to get it, I contacted the seller and I did get satisfactory results. It was shipped and I received it within 7 to 9 business days..
