Are collagen stick packs as effective as powder tubs?

Yes — same formulation, just pre-portioned. Each stick has the same hydrolyzed grass-fed bovine collagen peptides as Amandean's tub. Differences are packaging (single-serve), per-serving cost (slightly higher), and convenience (travel, work, gym).

Do collagen powders contain heavy metals or contaminants?

Heavy-metal contamination is a known concern across the supplement category, which is why every batch goes through third-party purity verification — checked for arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury, and microbial contaminants.

Does collagen cause bloating or digestive issues?

Most people tolerate collagen well. Some new users notice mild bloating the first week as the gut adjusts. Starting with half a stick pack daily and increasing gradually usually resolves it. If it persists, talk to your provider.

Does collagen powder cause weight gain?

At one stick (~10g, ~40 calories), our collagen contributes very little to your daily calorie total. Collagen itself doesn't drive weight gain. Count the calories in anything you mix it with (cream, sugar, fruit) if you're tracking intake.

How many grams of collagen are in each stick pack?

Each Amandean stick pack delivers 11g of hydrolyzed grass-fed bovine collagen (Type I, South American pasture-raised cattle) — roughly one scoop from our tubs. This falls within the most commonly studied daily range for skin, hair, and joint support.
