Great for resistance and for when you feel phlegm. Love it (tastes gross for a min) but worth it.

This is a product I originally found at my grocery store, but they no longer carry it. We used it initially when our kids were sick but now use it at the first sign of illness and to prevent illness. Kids don’t love taste but it works so well they ask for it at the start of a sore throat. Truly shortens length of illness and soothes sore throats. I’ve bought this as stocking stuffers and to put in care packages. We always have one on hand at home.

I you haven't tried this - DO! It is amazing how quickly it resolves soreness in the throat, whether it's an illness that's starting, or from too much usage of the voice - this is GREAT. If you’ve purchased Herb Pharm tinctures before you’ll know what I mean when I mention their quality. This company provides excellent herbal mentrums (herbs soaked in alcohol).They provide healing and effectiveness. That said, Herb Pharm’s throat spray was not designed with taste in mind. It has a strong alcohol flavor. The herbs are not delicious, but you get used to them. This is a functional spray that works well but isn’t recommended for any but the most stalwart of children. I take a lot of natural things and most of the time the taste is not good, but beneficial so I deal with it. I docked this a star because it is REALLY gross. It does have a numbing effect on your throat and is probably good, if you can bear to use it.

This is my go-to when I get a sore throat. And almost always, after I've used it, the sore throat goes away. I have taken this when I travel, and for some time kept it in my purse. Definitely provides immediate relief, and must have enough of the 'good properties' to fight off the bad stuff. I highly recommend it!

I bought this on the recommendation of a friend because allergy season is upon us and my throat gets sore a lot during this time. Sometimes I lose my voice completely. I’ve been using this frequently, at the first hint of a scratchy throat and it’s been a life saver. The taste is pretty bad and it burns a little but I can swallow comfortably so it’s worth it. I would recommend this product.
