Igennus Chelated Zinc Complex 25mg with Copper, Picolinate & Bisglycinate

Overall, this seemed like a genuinely solid zinc supplement during the time I was using it. The combination of zinc plus copper was one of the main reasons I originally picked it up since a lot of people taking zinc long term also try to keep copper intake balanced instead of megadosing one thing endlessly. The capsules were easy enough to take, and I appreciated that the formula was gentle on the stomach compared to some zinc supplements that can make you feel like you swallowed industrial-grade nausea. 😄 One thing I also liked is that the ingredient approach felt pretty transparent and quality-focused instead of overloaded with filler ingredients and marketing nonsense. The larger bottle size was nice too because it lasted a long time and worked well for a daily supplement routine. I mainly used this as part of a broader health and nutrition stack while focusing more on overall wellness and lab-related optimization. At this point though, it’s simply no longer part of my current stack after simplifying and changing a few things around. Overall, I had no real issues with the product itself and it seemed like a solid well-formulated zinc supplement during use.

Easy to swallow

Love this. It was hard to find a zinc picolinate with copper, but this one is exactly what I was looking for, and it's not super expensive. This is the best form of zinc for absorption, and unlike other zinc I used to take, this one doesn't make me nauseous after I take it. Great find!

I cannot test it for accuracy because I don't own the equipment. It is a good mix of zinc and copper to help keep my testosterone pathway healthy and keep my hair from turning grey.

I’ve been taking Igennus Vitamin C Complex for years now, and I’ve been really happy with it. It feels like a high-strength, quality supplement, and I do think it has made a difference over time. My immune system used to be quite low, and although I’ve taken it alongside other supplements, I believe this has definitely helped support and build up my immune system. As with any supplement, consistency is key, and you need to give it time to work. My only downside is the price. When I first started buying it, it was much more affordable, but the price has gone up a lot over the years. Other than that, it’s an excellent product that I would happily recommend.
