I originally purchased them for more of a decorative appeal. I know that doesn’t make much sense but I have way more expensive/quality brand brushes that I use but I don’t think they look very pretty. These turned out a way better quality then I was expecting because I wasn’t necessarily buying them for quality purposes. I’m trying to add some color into my bathroom because there’s a lot of tan, brown, and gold in there 😝 so with the clear makeup storage cases I have sitting on my makeup counter I thought these would look cute and bring a little more color into my area. And they do bring color so I’m happy that they came true to what the picture showed. On the actual bristle parts you can kind of fan the brushes and see the color all throughout. However, they are actually really soft and thick, though not to dense, and definitely WAY better than some other brushes you can get on amazon!! Are they m.a.c. Quality brushes? No, but they really aren’t to far off the mark in my opinion. And they are super cute on top of it. I honestly tried to capture the shimmer the best I could and it's about accurate. I actually bought these because I needed some inspiration with color and my black brushes just didn't cut it.
