Not the most stable, but do well
My main recommendation is that if you want the spikes to stay spike-up, glue them to the medium they’re going on *before* sewing them in place. I used these to make spiked handle covers for my teen’s wheelchair, to stop people from moving their chair without their consent, and they definitely will do the job well.The way they’re set up, with just the one hole through the middle, makes it so they very easily flip on their sides, though. I stitched through them thrice, but just the way they’re made makes it so that there’s no way to make sure they stay upright unless they’re glued down. So, I’d recommend getting a bottle of fabric glue along with these spikes. Aside from that, they’re fantastic.
