This is my favorite peanut butter substitute, and is an incredible way to get some additional protein in. If you are looking for something directly spreadable, you can control the consistency of it based on how much liquid you add. I prefer to simply add water, but I also add it straight into a yogurt bowl or into porridge for a strong peanut flavour and added nutritional value. I have also recently purchased a Ninja Creami, and this is a great addition to ice cream recipes that include a peanut butter flavor. I highly recommend this brand, and the price point is very reasonable.

The presence of salt and sugar (coconut sugar, so it's good for you, right?) came as a surprise, but that's my fault for not looking at the product description and images properly. Off the spoon it's very tasty and everything you would expect: sweet, salty and peanutty. I don't detect an aftertaste but if you went for it long enough you might! I made up a paste according to the instructions: I prefer 100% peanut PB so this was definitely not my thing and won't replace my tub of 'Nuts About Nature' PB (recommended) but that's not really why I bought this. It will be interesting (and convenient) to use this to make dressings and sauces and to sprinkle it liberally over all manner of things. It's a very fine, floury powder and you get a good amount for your money so by the time I reach the end of the tub I should know whether I want another one. For all its tastiness I suspect not. Fat is flavour.

This is a new product to me. Dehydrated peanuts that have been powdered after the fats and/or oils have been removed (although this may be a simplified description of how it's made). The taste is incredibly good: it tastes just like peanuts minus the butter. The powder is so versatile: you can make peanut butter with it (the ratio is 2 tbs PBfit with 1½tbs water, you mix it and there you have less caloric peanut butter that you use normally as a spread or in recipes); you can add it in powder form to smoothies, yoghurt, oats and just about anything you can think of. The jar is huge and, therefore, it's going to last for ages. Besides the powder is extremely fine, silky and compact. I'm thoroughly enjoying this product. The possibilities for use are endless, and although it may seem expensive initially, there's so much of it that it works out good value for money. P.S. the aroma is fantastic!

Love love love this. So versatile! Can make as thin or thick as you like, or for the purpose of the recipe. I've baked with this for lovely flapjacks and brownies, used in and on porridge, smoothies, pancakes, on its own as a peanut butter for toast and as a dip for apple. Switch between smooth and crunchy by adding your own peanuts if you want, mix with protein powder to make little fudge balls for a gym snack, use to stuff dates for a pre-run snack, as well as savoury recipes like making into a lovely peanut satay sauce for stir fries and satay dipping sauce! So so versatile! It's a staple and I've recommended to colleagues and family members who have also since started using it. Perfect for meeting macros (if you track like me) whilst staying sweet and salty and tasty as all heck.
