This is such an awesome deal. This size roller is perfect for beginners. It doesn’t hurt but I have seen such a difference in my skin. My skin hasn’t looked this good in years. The little bumps I could never get rid of are gone. My skin is clear and soft and glowing. I’m super happy with the results and I’ve only used it three or four times. I only use it every few days and I make sure to clean it w rubbing alcohol and roll clean skin only. I put serum on after I roll. Also, as random as it is, the tweezers are really good! Very precise and grab all the little eyebrow hairs that are hard to get. You have to be careful not to get your skin cause it’s that precise. Anyway- super happy w my purchase. I’m hoping they carry the next size up roller so once my skin gets used to the 0.25 size, I can step it up a notch.

I just received my Derma Roller two days ago, and have used it twice after washing my face. It's not near as painful as what I imagined and I can feel the effects for a little while after I'm done rolling. I feel like I can tell a little bit of a difference already! I suffer from mild acne, but as a person who has just recently quit smoking within the last 4 months I figured this might be a good tool to rejuvenate my skin a little bit. I will also be looking to try some of their other products in the future!

Just tried it tonight for the first time ever im totaly new to dermarolling it came all packaged up nicely i had read all the reviews and most people said it didnt hurt but YES !! It hurts very bad and after i did some reading they say the 0.25 shouldnt hurt so i dont know what to think i mean i dont think im that big of a weinie ive had 3 kids i guess ill try some of the numbing cream

Roller is just as expected and works very well and is a great value. Product comes with a warranty which was a nice surprise is I didn’t notice this when I bought it. When I broke mine 6 months after purchase, I emailed the merchant and received a replacement ASAP. No questions asked! Customer service was fantastic! I would do buisness with Serra Home again!

Upon first receiving this product I was so impressed with the packaging. It was so special and had lovely personal touches. I have been using it ever since receiving it and LOVE it. Easy to use and clean. Not at all painful but feels really good when using just the right pressure. Comes in a great case to protect the needles and keep it clean. I recommend this product.
