We all need D3
I bought these as they have the combination of Vitamin D3 and K2 which together work better. British made, plant based, and marked as having no fillers, binders or additives. Only down side is they are twice the price of others but perhaps the others are not quite as pure. It’s difficult to choose vitamins as sometimes it just comes down to cost and more expensive doesn’t always mean better. We definitely all need D3, even my GP was glad I take it.
