Bristles fall off fast
If the bristles would not be cut off so prematurely by the sharp edge of the brush cup, it may endure longer.Rounder cup edgeLower cup angleSteel wire encased nylon bristles in the portion of the bristles crimped in the cup.

Works but use a large grinder/ polisher
Burnt out my small 8 amp grinder. Must use a bigger grinder. I had a polisher that it worked fine on. Also the drill attachment is a joke which is why I knocked a star off. They shouldn't mislead people thinking it will work on a drill. The shaft is guaranteed to break and you won't be able to get the same power as a polisher which basically makes this wheel useless.

Works great. Max RPM IS 6500, do not exceed this and your brush will last forever.
I love this product, and will be buying more. I beleive most of the problems people are experiencing all come from overspeeding the brush. It says right on the top of the cup MAX 6500 RPM. I have been running my 6" brush on a DeWalt stud drill on high speed. It cleans everything better than a pressure washer ever could, however it will scour any fine glossy finishes. I am most impressed with how it cleans old lumber. Makes it look fantastic and removes loose wood fibres like a rough sanding would do. Fantastic product with a multitude of uses. Absolutely will buy it again, and recommend it regularly.
