It's lightweight and elegant looking. Wished the serving part would have had a deeper cup for filling cups up more.You can't lay in a punch bowl, not a tall enough neck, but does hang from the side of the punch bowl. Have used for serving beans and queso. Good price for the value.

Very high quality, feels substantial but not too heavy. I have a HUGE (5 gallon) lead crystal punch bowl and needed a long-handled ladle that wouldn't disappear in the punch. The length was perfect and the hook at the end was exactly at the top of the bowl. AND the ladle has a pouring spout on BOTH sides, so it works for left or right-handed pouring. Everyone commented on how elegant it looked.

Great punch ladle - I love it so much more than the plastic ones - and it looks so pretty, too. I know some people seemed disappointed in how small it was, but I didn't think it was too small - the perfect size, especially if you are using smaller punch cups. Love it for punch, but this is especially great for hot spiced cider in the slow cooker or on the stove - it can withstand the heat, unlike a plastic ladle, and pours mess-free.
