Good quality.
Use these to create edging around picture frames. They have held up well. I'm a hobbyist, not sure how they would hold up if using them all day everyday, but for me they work great.

Bargain
They were definitely less expensive than most other round-over bits, so I was skeptical. These do a pretty good job! The 1/4" and 5/16" did leave a small cut line just above the bearing, but it's very minor. Just don't push the router into soft woods. I've run about 50 feet with 1/4" and seems to hold its edge ok. If I get 200' or more out of each, I'm happy.
