Flexible hat, however..
Size adjustable via metal clip. I had to cut it a bit because I looked like I had a long tail on the back of my head. The clip opens on it's own every so often(I work out in this hat) but not enough to lower the rating than what it already is. Comfortable and flexible hat. Love it.
