I am supceptable to cramping, muscle weakness, fatigue, muscle discomfort and pain. And this suplement has finally helped with the latter two. Also find easier to keep hydrated. I already take nutravitas multivitamin, and then started with calcium magnesium zinc with helped a lot with cramping and weakness. I did not take potassium previously as doctors say you should get enough from diet and my urine test always can back fine. Which I learnt only means you are excreting enough but doesn't mean you have enough in blood. Since Trying this muscle pain is gone and can enjoy exercising again, after somany years struggling on. I am coeliac and have adsorption issues so do need the extra nutrients even through I eat relively healthy (well most of time anyway) The tablets are big same as the CMZ and aslos appear to 50% microcristiline cellulose, so would have thought they could be smaller as the CMZ does have more ingredient. Anyway they can get stuck in thoat so ensure to take a big gulp of water or juice. I only take one of these after diner as I started on the men's multivitamin which already has 15% potasium chloride and I take that after breakfast as don't want to over do it. Also only take one of the CMZ for similar reasons. If this suppliment doesn't work for you, its not the product its likely you get enough potasium as it is, so don't need it, or even getting to much, which can be dangerous.

I recently purchased the Potassium Supplement and overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. The amount of potassium per tablet is impressive and it's definitely cost-effective. However, I did find the tablets quite hard to swallow, which was a bit of a downside for me. Nonetheless, if you don't mind the large size of the tablets, this supplement is definitely worth considering for its great value and effectiveness.

These do work as I suffer from low potassium. I have a good diet but don’t seem to be able to get my potassium up without supplements. I only take 1 a day. These are a bit big so I halve them but they do tend to scratch on the way done when swallowed, so have a biscuit to hand. Or chocolate cake!!

I am pleased with the supplements easy to take, work well and value for money

I bought these instead of my usual weightworld branded potassium supplements ( mainly because the packaging looked similar and was cheaper ) The tablets are much easier to swallow than the previous brand ( I don’t have issues with taking pills but the potassium supplements tend to stick in my gullet or induce indigestion if they don’t go down quite right ) These are better shaped and coated so don’t stick and easier to swallow. I use these for cellulite reduction and a year later my skins is the least bumpy it’s been since my teenage years.

I can't yet say how helpful these are over a longer period but the tablets are just too large for me. If they'd had a smooth coating they'd have been easier to swallow but they have a rather dry, chalky consistency which i think makes them a choking hazard. I'm going to have to half them and see how it goes. I halved them and they are STILL hard to get down. I can swallow tablets of a similar size with a film coating but for me at least these are actually dangerous. I just choked on a half tablet and now the rest are in the bin!

I do not usually have a challenge with swallowing tablets, however I found these tablets too big, I did manage to swallow them but they felt uncomfortable while they were travelling to my stomach, I’m sure they do the job but I changed to a powder form for this reason
