Rudy's Diesel Turbocharger Y-Pipe Up Pipe & Turbo Install Kit Compatible with 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke

Spent hours trying to install it they would either fit to the turbo or to the manifold but not both. Other than that it looks like a decent pipe. If it fits the vehicle then it would be a good replacement part. But it did not line up with mine. So maybe it was just the pipe I got.

Y Pipe arrived with a very large crack in the side between pipe union weld and turbo flange. Crack is large enough to plainly see and you can see daylight through the crack. I have no clue how this damage wasn’t noticed prior to shipping. I will be returning this item.

Measure your pipe when you get it. The first Y-Pipe was too short. This caused me all kinds of headaches during the install. They sent me another Y-Pipe and that one fit. Working very well so far.

After hearing great stories about Rudy’s diesel I decided to purchase this up pipe for my truck, the shipping was incredible arrived in less than 3 days, but $1200 later my pipe will still not seal up. 2 well known Powerstroke technicians couldn’t even get it. Quality control of this company is garbage. I will never purchase a Rudy’s diesel product again.

Installed a few months ago and so far no leaks. Well made. Better than original ford pipes by far.

Appear to be stainless steel, updated flex joints that don’t crack came within hardware and in great shape, they look a lot nicer than the ones in the picture.
