I have no idea if this product is good or bad compared to other magnesium glycinate offerings. On the outside, it looks exactly like any other hard-to-swallow magnesium pill on the market. In fact, how could anyone claim to know if a pill made in some random factory is good, bad, working, not working, safe, effective, etc.? I take one of these pills - on faith - in the evening before sleeping in the hope that it will help me sleep. The price is reasonable. I've purchases it 3 times.

Extremely effective against night cramping legs and feet. It got to the point where I was dreading going to bed as I knew I was in for a disturbed and utterly broken night's sleep. This item was 100% effective out of the gate. I stopped taking them after a few days and cramps have not returned.

It is a good form of Magnesium, helps me to calm down and fall asleep faster. The capsule is a regular size, easy to swallow.

I usually wake up around 4 or 5 AM when my son calls. After that, I struggle to go back to sleep. However, since I started taking this tablet, I have been able to return to sleep without any problems.
