I cook a lot of hard boiled eggs. I had a egg cooker that only cooked 6 at a time…it ended up being a lot of work and took a lot of time, so I started looking for an egg cooker that would do 14 eggs at a time. I ordered 3 different egg cookers and had to send them back. They didn’t cook the eggs properly. They were very flimsy and the trays warped. You couldn’t fit large eggs in them. I was totally frustrated and ready to give up and just make do with my old one, when I saw the Nostalgia CLEC14AQ…..and ordered it. I put the name brand on here because sometimes these post have reviews and they aren’t for the right product…. I absolutely love this egg cooker. It cooks perfectly, holds the largest eggs you can find. It easy to clean and so simple to use. Its one of the best made I’ve ever used. Very sturdy. I did see on some other views that people didn’t like the loud buzzer. I loved it. I use to have to sit right on top of my other egg cooker to hear it. I can hear this buzzer even if I’m not in the same room. I am a real person…I have had no contact with anyone who has paid me or asked me for a review. I just wanted to help people out to find a good product….because lately I have been getting a bunch of really faulty, cheaply made, bad products that I have to sent back. It’s very frustrating.
