I've never had a knee pillow before, but often sleep on my side, and absolutely hate the feeling of knee-on-knee. I've always just used a spare regular pillow, or the covers/sheets.I found this thing and bought it because of the strap. It seemed weird to me to have it "attached" to my leg at night, but through the years of using a regular pillow, it would always fall out, end up on the side of the bed, etc.This thing works perfect. It's comfortable, it's just the right size, and the strap is comfortable and keeps it in place well. Better yet, the strap is just attached with velcro so can be replaced if needed, or another can be attached if for some reason you want to. It's strong velcro too, doesn't fall off.I've now been sleeping with it for about 2 weeks, and just love it. The only problem I have is where do I put it during the day? Pretty small issue though, and although I haven't noticed myself actually sleeping better or being abnormally well rested, I'm definitely more comfortable. I wouldn't be surprised if this did help out if you experience back or knee pain after sleeping.I recommend 110%!EDIT: So, I was looking through my old reviews on Amazon and came across this one, as much as I still love this thing, I thought it would be appropriate to update and mention the only problems I've had with it. I wasn't clear in my original review, the strap is attached via velcro, but it's sewed into the other side. That side eventually did break off on me. I have reattached it with a safety pin (ok, for full disclosure, my wife did that). I haven't had any problems since.It does get kind of dirty over time too, which is to be expected. Really not too bad though. We took the cover off and washed it and it's good as new. Safe for a machine washer.Still use it every night, still love it, and sleep worse without it (when I'm away on vacation, etc). Never for one moment have I regretted purchasing it, and can't picture sleeping without it. Still recommend 110%, if not more.

This product is junk and expensive junk at that.The first night I used it, the strap tore half off the pillow and dangles by a few threads.I ordered this pillow because it had a strap to attach to my leg. This pillow is great once you give your body a chance to get use to the alien that will be attached to your leg every night. It has reduced my morning back pain almost entirely since I'm a side sleeper. The velco can scratch if you dont cover it entirely and its limited in the sizing department. A few slits with a button to secure it (like a button down shirt) would have given this an easy 5 stars.

I've used this knee pillow for a couple weeks now. It's a pretty good little pillow. I haven't used the velcro strap, and that's a little annoying to having hanging around when you aren't using it...but I suppose I could just cut that off. The pillow is comfortable and keeps my knees apart as long as I have the pillow positioned properly. I would recommend it.

Because of pregnancy I have a lot of leg pain and also need to sleep on my side. This pillow has provided a lot of relief from the leg and knee pain. It is much easier to put into place, flip to my other side or just move around than a regular pillow. The loop to keep it attached is loose around my thigh. It is enough to keep it in position and prevent it from getting kicked down under the sheets while I sleep. The material is soft enough for comfort, but firm enough to do its job of keeping my knees from knocking. Aside from my pregnant belly, I am an average sized person.

Don't use it every night, but it is helpful in keeping my back straight when I sleep on my side. I am of slender build (5'9" 170 lbs) and it is a little "thick" to fit me perfectly, but it still does the job. I would recommend it's use by anyone who wakes up with a sore neck after sleeping on your side. Well worth the money.

I've had it for three months and it seems to hold it's shape well and not collapse. The knee strap is really annoying though. Only reason I don't give it four stars. Not necessary in my mind and velcro is sharp. But best knee pillow I've come across. Let's hope it stays firm!

the shape and firmness of the knee spacer pillow is great! Gives all the alignment that I need. Reason for 4 stars is the strap and velcro. Would be better if the strap had more adjustment by having more velcro on it. I do recommend overall.
