Review: Excellent productf - I have been very pleasantly surprised at the knee pad. It does exactly what it says it’s going to do. Easy to put on and doesn’t move around once you have it on. Excellent substitution for a pillow that’s constantly getting lost.
Review: Much better than expected and immediate relief. - Immediate relief !!! I was suffering from severe sharp pains in my knee from side sleeping. The pain was in the back and outside of the knee and when I would get out of bed putting any pressure or bending my knee would cause sharp pain. After a few nights with this the pain has decreased to a very slight ache and going up and down stairs no longer hurts. Also keep in mind I am 60 yrs old and have had surgery on this knee so some degree of aching is age related. . You will have to experiment with placement. I find that I have to place the cusion on the inside towards the back of my knee not centered on the side. Once you find the correct placement you may have the same positive results I have had. The item is well made and if it lasts 3 months I would consider that a great deal. Going through 4 of these a year at $15 each is a steal compared to the costs of meds, dr visits and trial & error rehab methods all of which didn't work in my case.

Even though I returned this item, I'm still giving it 4 stars. It works exactly like it says it does. It stayed on and in position, and for me, provided the right amount of lift or space between my knees. I used the size guide, and the size I ordered fit me. However, this product is not ideal for someone who sleeps with a strong bend in the knee. Because of the compression used to hold it in place, when I bent my knees, it became too tight and uncomfortable. (I sleep with my knees bent about 90 degrees.) If you sleep with a slight bend in the knee (like in the photo pictured), this is a great product, and I would highly recommend it!
