Excellent product but unpleasant price variation
The yeast is excellent. It is a quick rise yeast and requires only a 10-minute first rise which enables me to bake bread quickly. However, I am unhappy with the price variation. When I bought the same product in the beginning of 2025, i got it for about Rs. 500 and this time around, it cost me upwards of Rs. 700.

Best quality in cheapest price: highly recommended
High quality Instant Dry Yeast in cheapest price. However a product with Indian name but made in China. With a two-years of period from packaging to expiry. Gets activated minimum in 10 minutes when put in water or milk. Makes good fluff in the dough or wherever used. Best for all bake preparation such as Bread, Pav, Pizza crust, Kulcha, Bun etc. Comes in a vacuumed Pack, thus, fresh and powerful one. Should be kept in an air tight plastic bag first, and then in an air tight jar otherwise the power of yeast may be lost eventually by the moisture. Please refer the images I uploaded of the making of PAV(bread).

Best yeast I used till date. Proofing is good. I moved the remaining yeast to airtight container and to freezer to extend the life after use. Its over 6 months I am using the same pack and it proofs everytime as if its new one.

Great yeast for casual baking
Great yeast, it has a very long shelf life and works even after mentioned expiry, looks, rise time and works just like gloripan but more economical It can be directly added while kneading making it quite user friendly. Please store it in airtight container in dark places. Just a suggestion for manufacturer: the package can be resealable.
