Great for on the goal agility
As always great to take from place to place to utilize.

The kids at tennis camp loved it!
I run a summer tennis camp at a University and found my tennis kids loved playing with this. They formed a circle on the court and tossed it with a bounce. If a person caught it, they stayed in and they were out if they missed it! They loved it without realizing they were improving their reflexes. We did this after lunch before returning to playing. It was terrific!

It's okay, not sure it's worth $11 though
Be aware that color may vary. The one I received is green/yellow, not orange/yellow pictured. It does bounce unpredictably. The harder the surface the better -- bounces so-so on gym floor, aerobics floor, or racquetball court. Bounces like a spaz superball on concrete though.

Different use
My aunt from California was up a month or so ago and she has huge back problems, so she sits on the couch and rolls the ball between her back and the couch and swears by it, so I bought it for the hubs, he likes it too.

great little Z BALL
My son refers to this as a Z BALL. I believe they play with them at school in PE . Its a really neat ball that just bounces all over the place and keeps the kids active and running :)

My AAU basketball team loves this rather unpredictable bouncing ball. It does help with reaction time. Would be great if the had a basketball size one of these for training purposes.
