MARYRUTH'S Fiber Gummies for Kids, Sugar Free, 60 Count, 2 Month Supply

These gummies work! I bought for my nephew that was having some digestive issues and within a couple days we saw improvement. I tried them myself and felt like I was putting something good into my body. I am a big fan of Maryruth products. I would recommend for children and/or a gentle option for adults. Taste is actually pretty good too!

If I could give these 10 stars I would. My toddler suffered from terrible tummy trouble due to withholding—she was absolutely miserable at school, at home, everywhere. She was also very finicky about every solution we tried. We couldn’t sneak anything past her. But she loves the taste of these gummies, looks forward to eating them, and they WORK. This girl is r-e-g-u-l-a-r, and honestly it’s made her a completely different and much happier little girl.

I love Mary Ruth’s and the taste on these isn’t awful, they are just a little too hard for a gummy. We have her probiotics and those are super soft and easy to chew but my son won’t eat these because they are too hard for him to chew. EDIT: Customer service refunded, very impressed with this company. Will continue to purchase their products.

These have changed our life!! I have a 2 1/2 year old with a dairy allergy who has always struggled with pooping. I decided to try these as a last resort to avoid a scope at the GI doctor and they work!! My son went from pooping once a week to every other day or every couple of days on his own. No more MiraLAX or suppositories which is a HUGE improvement for us. These are very hard so I cut them in half or fourths for my son. 10/10 product though.

My 3 year old has been taking these most days for a few months and I’ve noticed improvement in her constipation. The gummies are a bit big and very chewy, but she seems to get them down fine

Fairly clean ingredients. Toddler loves the flavor. We’ve only been taking for a couple of weeks now.. so not all that sure about its effectiveness… but was recommended this brand.

My son likes them. He thinks it’s some sort of candy but he knows they are vitamins. He is 3 and I actually have to use a knife and cut them into 4 pieces because they are so hard to chew. It’s even hard to put a knife through them to cut them. It did help when he was taking it everyday but we stopped because I guess it’s just annoying to have to cut them. They aren’t chewey like you would think. They are hard and sticky.
