It Works!
I just recently purchased this laser for my GForce Arms 12-gauge GF3 (GF3PG1220) pump action shotgun which I got from the sportsmanguide (on sale). I thought the ring would be a little bigger to show the "Circle of Death" that some call it. This refers to the spray pattern of the shotgun blast where the pellets would impact. The circle will get smaller or bigger depending on whether you move towards or away from your target. It is a great little laser and didn't break the bank and it holds its zero. The picture I provided was the circle size from about 19' away which, if your shot should hit somewhere in that general area, you should hit your target. I thought the green laser would be easier to see in the daytime, but what I did was point it in front of me and then track it on the ground until it reaches your target, and you should see it. All in all, a great purchase and accessory for my home defense shotgun.

Good and bright
Mounted it upside-down on the top rail of my 590 Shockwave. It's good and bright, and seems to be sturdily built. Charging cord is a tad short but I bought a USB "A" extension cord and that solved the problem. Dot-and-circle is ideal for a shotgun, IMO.

Initial setup easy and feels solid
Bought for GF25 12G shotg. Easy mount on picatinny, comes with tools needed. Haven't tested charger, so far just initial setup. Dialed in using laser bore for reference point. Tightened the life out of it in hopes it holds up at the range. Looks good, no movement upon hard pushes (like that it's ambidex), and in total darkness lights up a room/ hall pretty well. Holds up in my fully lit conditions too. For people well don't know: dial in/ zero to distance needed. If you dial closer, you will be less accurate. If you don't know the distance you need to zero to, find out or zero at location needed. Will update review after a few slugs for reference to hold up after firing.

This thing is a game changer
I wanted to give my disabled mom the perfect birthday present, so I bought her a Kel Tec P17. Out of all the pistols I've let her use, this is only one she actually has enough strength to pull back the slide and chamber a round. This solved one problem, the other problem was being able to hit whatever she was shooting at. A typical laser sight or flashlight wouldn't help her all that much, and adding red dot to this model is a pain and probably would help her much either. This product made all of those problems go away. Even though, I can tell this thing was design for shotguns, it works just fine on pistols. I wouldn't recommend it for dead nuts accuracy but could save your life on pistol in close quarters situations. Lastly, it's not super bright, but it works very well inside of a home. That's all I needed it for.

Doesn't hold perfect zero
Using this in conjunction with my dot sight on my shotgun and I can tell immediately if its on zero or not. It seems to have certain 'resting points' it will fall into when the gun is fired/dropped/action closed/ect. You can readjust it to perfect zero but it will just fall (usually either to the left or right) of zero. Once it has settled into that position it will stay there and not walk out any further. So it stays minute of man at home defense ranges. It really needs some way to lock the adjustments once you have it zeroed. Might try backing the screws out and putting some locktite on them. We'll see. Oh also turning the windage screw causes it to move diagonally across the sight picture instead of horizontally... So as for good points...this is the only circle dot laser I can find so I have to give it a star for that. It also gets a star for being very bright. It is visible even in daylight. Third star is because the circle more or less corresponds to the spread of my shotgun when using a full choke. In summary I really want a circle dot laser for my shotgun and this is the only option so I will have to make due. It doesn't hold perfect zero, but doesn't walk very far off from where you set it. So for close range shotgun use its...useable.

Battery life is meh
Great product by HiLight. I use it for my Airsoft grenade launcher and helps me absolutely paint a target with minimal effort. But the battery life is mediocre at best compared to similar HiLight products.

Does not hold zero and elevation adjustments do not work!
Initially I was very pleased with this! Love the brightness and the how it appeared to function. After finally taking it to the range. The set screw in the Picatinny rail came loose after only a few shots. Luckily I brought the proper tools to tighten it back. Only for it to come loose again but it did last more shots that time. That was annoying but the worst part was the laser had dropped considerably. I tried adjusting it as the manual suggests but it would not move. I’ve had multiple laser sights and optics in the past. I really thought this was 1 of the best buys I had seen! Unfortunately I was wrong!

Simple and easy
Simple, easy to mount and easy to use. I haven’t been able to test if it will hold zero during use but everything seems to be tight and firm. Easily mounted onto the factory rail of my Remington 887.
