My Dell purchases have been solid and satisfying! This time we replaced a Dell keyboard and mouse that lasted 12-15 years. So we are quite pleased with our new shiny keyboard with letters that are not worn out!

Perfect feel, high quality, easy to setup, good durable design, functionality is exactly what I needed. It’s not fancy but it’s a great value for the money.

I needed a new mouse and keyboard set and have used Dell before. The price was right, it arrived on time, good packaging, and I would recommend this seller.

Review Version 2 (see p.s. as to why that is): I've been ordering these keyboards for some time now for the company I work for & they've worked for us. Longevity is as what you would expect of a low-end keyboard. If highly abused, do not expect it to last more than a month. If the user takes good care of it, it may last up to 6 months of heavy use. The mouse as well has the same life expectancy. Key tension wise, the keyboard is very soft & to some may be hard to get used to if they prefer the more tactile response. The mice we've received are clicky & loud so that may be annoying to some people. I myself don't mind the click sound as it lets me know if I've selected something. Get this if you just want a basic setup similar to what comes with Dell computers. If you need a more ergonomic keyboard, look somewhere else. p.s. Amazon wouldn't submit my previous review because it mentioned packaging. They don't want customers to know that resellers do not package goods like OM goods (see picture). I prefer the original packaging from Dell because it's easier to store these in bulk.

Call it petty, but the hollow sound it makes drives me crazy. Yes, it works fine, as expected.

These people really know how to make a fantastic product, ever since I purchased the tower pc, I have found the brand to be extremely reliable, not only does it look fantastic, it's well made and a good quality product, fantastic.

Excelentes productos, llegaron en tiempo y muy bien empacados. El teclado bien, silencioso y cómodo, el mouse aún no lo pruebo, pero igual parece funcionar correctamente. Excelente compra en combo.

Quiet, soft keys.

Was missing some key symbols needed in the UK. Would suggest checking this before purchasing.
