Will these roll in a room that is wall to wall rubber mat?

They work well on a 41” Craftsman tool chest on 3/4” rubber mats.

Are these rated for outdoor use?

yes, my friend, it can be used in outside, it's well-painted, but we are suggest to use it in a dry environment, thank you very much.

Would that be 2000lbs per wheel?

No. 500 lbs each.. they are very nice casters. I have to sets in use. I would not put 2000 lbs on them though.

Are the wheels non marking?

They have not marked the cement in my shop and 6 of them seriously move my 2000+ pound bench around. I have had them for 2 1/2 years.
