I was very disappointed in the roaster, there is no way a 20 pound turkey will fit in this pan, a waste of my money and will not recommend it to anyone

Edit: (If you don’t like explanations please skip in the edit to all capital letters. I simplified it there 😂) I wrote my review before I used it. I wrote it based on size and what it was sold to do. It’s important to add that on thanksgiving, when I went to wash this pan… before using it… the powder-coat started coming off in my sink. Thank god I had some back up pans so it wasn’t the end or the world. I sent it back for a full refund. Which Amazon promptly sent to me! It is my opinion, this is a scam. They are selling subpar kitchenware and seem to be fully aware of it. I saw some reviews about birds size before I purchased and I figured enough people had complained and enough time had passed for them to have stepped up to the plate and fixed any actual issues and worse case scenario I can use it for other dishes. So it actually wasn’t to big of an issue (it is… only if you were buying for a huge bird) I was so busy reading size comments, I some how missed the reviews stating the powder-coating is bad. I wanted to make that clear and put it on the top, as an edit, instead of the bottom. THE POWDERED-COATING IS GARBAGE. IT WAS COMING OFF IN CHUNKS BEFORE I COULD EVEN USE IT. THE POWDER-COAT WAS FALLING OFF WHEN I WASHED IT SO IT COULD BE USED FOR THE FIRST TIME! Buyers be very aware. This is the 19 inch says can bake a 20 pound Turkey. It can’t do that without adjustments on your part. You will not be able to use the lid. I have a 13 pound Turkey and the lid won’t close. So prepare to use aluminum foil for a 13 lb bird. If you go larger understand the pan May hold it and you’ll definitely have to use foil but I’d also use a large Cookie sheet to catch spillage. A 20 lb bird will take up almost all space. The juice has to go somewhere. I’ve been cooking for 38 years I’m speaking from a lot of experience here. It is a good pan for beef or pork roast or perhaps hens or ducks. Not a 20lb turkey. For that they need more depth on the pan and lid. If you want to make roast and small birds this would work. A bit pricey for that but it’ll work. But as advertised they are lying. Just because it’ll hold it don’t mean it’s usable. Shady shady

I'd give it a 5 its just my preference of the lid. Can not put a 11lb turkey in it with lid on. Must be removed.

I am very pleased so far with my purchase, I have not used it yet but I was aware that it was a slightly damaged product and I took the risk knowing I could return and I'm glad I did the dent is small. I got a great deal

Wanted to follow in my families tradition of using this particular oven roasting pan for the holidays.The lid gave me a bit of problem small not major. Did exactly was is meant to be used.
