Q: Will this work on hunter douglas shades?

Yes. The connector was slightly different so i just spliced the original connector in.

Q: What are the actual tube dimensions?

Tape 8 AA batteries end to end and you will have the dimension. I highly recommend not wasting money on these. The shade controller is not good at all. We have replaced ours with Hunter Douglas.

Q: Can I speak to a rep on the phone?

My dealing with somphy was via emails. Not sure if you can get them by phone.
