After loads of research on RF machines I decided to buy one for home. I looked at several cordless ones including TriPollar and Lumo. I follow a lady on YouTube who gives tips on aging skin/products and this is why I chose this product. Stacey has 4 devices including the two I mentioned. The device she rated the best for results was the Mlay. I’ve also seen other reviews from other beauty channels recommending the Mlay. So I wanted the Mlay? But found this was only available on the US Amazon. I read all the reviews on there and they were great. Then I came across this product on the UK site. After reading the questions asked above, I discovered this was actually the same machine but with a different branding. I decided to take the risk and order this. I was not disappointed! The package comes exactly the same as some of the pictures on the Mlay reviews. It also comes with an Mlay disc. I have used this product for the first time today and was very impressed. First I attached the head, turned the timer on and heat up to 3 and left this for 5 mins to get warm. I also purchased some ultrasound gel from Amazon at the same time. I found the probe very warm and soothing. You feel the heat more if you move this in circles rather than up and down. I will stress not to stop moving as it gets very warm in that spot very quick. I used this for 20 mins on my whole face and neck, mainly under my eyes and jawline. I swear my skin is already firmer after one use. I wasn’t red or sore after either. If you are on the fence about this machine I would say don’t be but maybe research the Mlay first. I certainly think this machine is as good as some that are used in salons.

My wife loves this and says it does what it's supposed to. She uses it a lot. You need to buy the correct gel to go with it and be careful as it can get very hot.

The probe does not heat up, despite instructions from manufacturer still did not work. They advise maybe faulty cable and ru exchange Will return for a full refund and look for a different one

Every RF machine i've used there is a high pitched noise (Radio Frequency) but there is nothing on this machine .Machine in good condition.Heats up well.Not sure if its RF though.

Definitely worth the money! I don’t use it very often but I have seen definite improvements especially to my jaw area. The skin is definitely tighter than it was and the whole area has been pulled up. I’m really impressed!

Great product but would like a receipt for the warranty just In case as it is requesting one for evidence of purchase. Kind regards

Initially I was fully committed to setting aside 30mins+ 3 times a week with this product, but it takes painfully longer & longer to warm up (currently over half hour!) is pretty noisy (I have to turn the volume right up on whatever I’m listening to) & I need to plug in an extension lead wherever I’m sat because the cable is ridiculously short, so I’ve now given up. Luckily there are combined nano & microcurrent gadgets out there which are way more portable, better sized, quicker & easier to use & imo give results far quicker than this.

I was really excited to get this item and found myself immediately disappointed because the item was faulty. Despite following all the Instructions the device just wouldn’t heat up. I have returned the item for a refund but am extremely disappointed that I’m only being refunded for the item and not the £20 postage, when the seller wasted my time and postage money by sending an unusable item.

Buena máquina. Es como una máquina de salón de belleza. Da buenos resultados.

Ótimo custo benefício. Pincéis simples, mas boa qualidade, que não deixam nada a desejar em comparação com itens mais caros. O conjunto vem com bastante variedade, o que ajuda muito na hora da make, e dá para usar de forma diversa, ajustando à maquiagem e à ocasião. É possível deixar separado um pincel para cada finalidade. Para ser perfeito, falta o pincel específico para iluminador, mas nada que comprar à parte não resolva. Ademais, dá para usar o de blush para esse fim.
