I decided to upgrade from a old battery tester with exposed wires to this gem! Easy to use and quick readings. It is everything I need to keep cars moving through my shop. Old school wasn’t bad but new school works better with the new school cars. I would recommend to anyone running a shop who needs accuracy and efficiency. The after action report is amazing because it takes a lot of the sales pitch for a new battery out of the picture when you can simply just show them the results and let that sell the job for you. Easy way to upsell if a battery is on its way out the door.

I'm a retired Mechanic and I still do some work on the side. I'v had this tester for a week and tested it out on one of my son's friends cars and it is so easy to use that it worked better than I thought. I use the testerwith my Autel scanner MaxiCom MK808BT and it was great. the feature that I like more than the other features is that I can either print out a report or Email my customer a report or both.well worth the money.

So far I am satisfied, I have tested it with couple of good and bad batteries and the results were accurate, also it did work on my android phone and my autel elite scanner, it does also test alternator state of charge and starter cranking drowning amps. The alligator clamps are well made they had good grip.

I tested this on my 2008 chevy truck and it worked great. the battery is a couple years old and it seemed to give the right information. I like Autel products. This works as a standalone unit, by using an app. it also works with some of the Autel Scanners.

It performs testing well, matches up with my Autel scanner and is worth having. Shows the vehicle owner the difference in old and new battery CCA
